Just a question about lucid dreaming: is it possible to have a lucid dream without meditation? I did 2/3 dreams where I was conscious of my actions (and i looked myself into a mirror which should be a sign to get used being conscious of myself while dreaming, can u confirm this?). I know i have to read a lot and train myself as well, but I was curious to know your thoughts about it :)
Really good work anyway, a friend of mine sent me this and it's so interesting and useful ^_^

p.s. I'm essentially new to this world so i could be confused/confusing, so excuse me for my navety ehehe

Yep, meditation is not at all necessary for lucid dreaming.
I honestly have no idea whether or not the whole mirror thing is true but your thirst for adventure in the dreamscape is all
you need to guarantee future travels. I promise.
The most important thing you need to do is start a dream journal.
It seems silly but by recording and trying to decipher what your dreams mean (don't use ready made guides, use your intuition) it
tells your subconscious that remembering and being lucid during dreams as an important task. It can take a month or so of vigilant
journaling to take hold but once it does the effect is astounding. Trust me, it's amazing. :3
If you have a powerful dream write down a one sentence synopsis of your experience and make sigil of it. As you drift off try
visualizing this sigil. If you are successful this will allow you to return to that dream and continue your adventure.
It will probably fail the first few times but keep at it. Once you master this technique you can have "on demand" lucid dream sessions.
Another trick is to have your phone set to go off about five hours after you go to bed. Once it does lay on your back and tap your fingers
on the bed as if you were playing a piano (don't concentrate on it, just do it mindlessly) as you drift back to sleep. This should do the trick.
If that fails instead of going back to sleep after the five hour alarm stay up for a half an hour before heading back to bed.
Don't over stimulate yourself, just chillax for a bit.
Laying on you back (for whatever reason) seems to be a huge factor too.
Good luck! Let me know how it turns out. ^_^

I love your work. Not only the visual but the way you put these complicated things in simple texts.
You make things look so easy.

Lemme ask. May I translate it to portuguese? I have some curious friends who would love to start studying and your material is simply awesome.

Thank you again! Hugs (from São Paulo)!

Thank you so much! :3
Yes, a Portuguese translation would be awesome! :D
As long as you don't sell it you have my blessing.
If you do so please let me know.
